Day 2 - Curiosity
December was always a special time at our home because we celebrated three occasions: my dad's birthday on December 7th, my brother's birthday on December 17th, and the most significant celebration, Jesus's birthday.
As kids, our curiosity centers on one thing: what’s inside those presents!
But on that First Christmas, curiosity was everywhere.
The shepherds were curious about the angel’s message and hurried to see for themselves.
The Wise Men followed a star, wondering what it meant and who they would find.
Even Mary pondered, holding her precious baby in her arms.
It wasn’t wrapping paper they longed to open —
It was prophecy, promise, and the presence of God.
And in a quiet town, beneath a borrowed stable,
Heaven whispered its answer in the form of a child.
